Even if the buyer is not present at the address at the time of delivery, the SELLER will be deemed to have fulfilled its obligation in full and in full. For this reason, any damage caused by the late receipt of the product by the buyer and the expenses incurred due to the product waiting in the cargo company and / or the return of the cargo to the SELLER also belong to the BUYER.

Shipping Fee : The shipping fee is not included in the product price. It is paid by the BUYER by adding it to the total amount of the product, or if the total amount of the product is above a specified price, it may be paid by the SELLER under certain conditions. Therefore, no additional shipping fee will be charged for product delivery.

RETURN INFORMATION

1- You can return the products you have purchased within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery without destroying, assembling, using and disrupting the resalability of the product, stating your reason.

2- The return of products that have been unpacked, assembled, vandalized, etc. is not accepted. The original invoice and, if any, the original packaging and contents are required for your return.

3- In the event that any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction and other situations are detected in the product and its packaging, if any, the product is not returned and the price is not refunded in the event that the product cannot be returned in the state in which it was delivered to the customer.

4- The shipping fee of the shipments made in accordance with the return conditions will be paid by the customer.

5- The products to be returned must be delivered to us by the cargo companies that guvenalshop.com.tr works with. After the inspection and approval of damaged and defective products, the buyer will be notified by phone or e-mail.

6- After the product return conditions are realized, since the payment will be refunded back through the payment channel you have made, this will be reflected in your account depending on the return period of the financial companies you are working with. In this context, the amounts you have made by wire transfer can be returned to your account on the same day, while credit card refunds may be delayed for a few days. CANCELLATION INFORMATION

The BUYER has the right of withdrawal within 7 days from the delivery of the product subject to the contract to him or the person / organization at the address indicated. However, the SELLER may extend this period in various campaign sales, in which case the period for exercising the Right of Withdrawal is the specified day. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the SELLER must be notified by fax, email or telephone within this period. In case this right is exercised, it is obligatory to return the original invoice with a copy of the cargo delivery report that the product delivered to the 3rd person or the BUYER was sent to the SELLER. The product price is returned to the BUYER within 10 days following the receipt of these documents. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations, if any, cannot be refunded. The shipping cost of the product returned due to the right of withdrawal is covered by the SELLER.

We undertake that the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract by refusing the goods or services within seven days from the date of receipt of the goods or signing of the contract without any legal and criminal liability and without any justification, and we undertake to take back the goods from the date of receipt of the withdrawal notification to the seller or provider.

ARTICLE 6- PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT USE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In order to benefit from the right of withdrawal;

* The return must be made within a period of 7 days from the date of delivery of the purchased product without destruction or deterioration.

* In order to benefit from the right, there must be no damage to the purchased product and the product must be in a resalable condition.

* The customer is obliged to return the product in the condition in which it was delivered to him and, if there is use, to compensate for the loss in the commercial value of the goods due to use.

* The right of withdrawal cannot be used for goods produced in accordance with the special requests and demands of the customer or personalized by making changes or additions.

* The right of withdrawal is not available for goods that cannot be returned due to their nature, which are likely to deteriorate rapidly or expire.
